# Item Description
1Complain Management SystemComplain Management System is a software developed at AIIMS Patna for registering and Monitoring of Complaints. Initially, its ver 1.0.0 is released which will be upgraded time to time
2Complain Registration Form The complain registration form is available on the index page of the software. Any employee or student associated with the institute can register his or her complaint via this form.
3Employee ID/ Role NumberThe complainer has to fill their employee ID in case he/she is a employee else he/she has to fill his roll number if he is student. This is a mandatory filed.
4Main LocationIn the main location section complainer has to select the name of building he is in. This is a mandatory filed.
5Sub LocationThe complainer has to choose his department form the sub-location dropdown menu. It's an auto-populate menu. The user has to select Main Location before selecting from sub-location dropdown.It is a mandatory field
6LocationThe complainer has to fill exact location of complain location filed. It is a mandatory field
7ComplaintThe complaint list has some of the predefined complaints. The complainer has to choose his complaint from this dropdown list.
8Please Specify If Not in the Complaint listIf the complaint does not find his complaint in the complaint list he can mention his complaint in this filed. It is a non-mandatory filed
9Contact PersonThe complainer has to fill his name in this filed. It is a Mandatory Filed
10Moblie NoThe Complain has to fill his mobile number. This number will be used to contact the complainer if additional detail is required. It will also be used for taking the feedback for residual of complaint.It is a mandatory filed
11Staff LoginThis is the login area for staff. The staff can login with the Biometric id and the password given to them. There are two modes of login one is Administrator mode and other is staff mode.
12DashboardAfter login into the system, the staff member will be directed to a dashboard page. They will get different dashboard according to the privilege.
13Staff Dashboard MenuDash board Menu has following items for Administrator:-
  • Home
  • Assignment List
  • Logout
  • Contact
  • Home:- It rediredcts to the home page.
  • Assignment List:- It is list of all work assigned to the staff member after. The administrator can view the progress of the work by clickig on the complaint number.
  • Logout:- It will logout the user form the software
  • Contact: contact links
14Staff Dashboard MenuDashboard Menu has following items for Staff:-
  • Home
  • Work List
  • Logout
  • Contact
  • Dashboard:- The dashboard shows all the complaints assigned to the staff by Administrator. Staff member has to click on the complaint for acknowledging the complaint. once acknowledgement done complaint will be added to the work list
  • Home:- It rediredcts to the home page.
  • Work List:- It is list of all work assigned to the staff member after acknowledgment from him. The staff member can update the progress of the work by clicking on the complaint number. after clicking the complaint a new page for updating complaint progress will appear.
  • Logout:- It will logout the user form the software
  • Contact: contact links
